Kassi Ferry

Kassi is our Art Director at Evolve Systems, where she blends creative intuition with strategic thinking to bring brands to life across platforms. Her day-to-day is a mix of concepting, collaborating, and making sure every piece of design we put out into the world has purpose, polish, and personality. Whether she’s building a brand from the ground up or refining existing visuals, she’s always looking for the why behind the work — and how we can push it just a little further.

At Evolve, she wears a lot of hats (most of them stylish). Kassi leads creative direction across digital and print, support strategy sessions, mentor team members, and partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to keep things aligned and moving. She loves translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories — and convincing others to get just as excited about the vision as she is.

Kassi brings 8+ of experience to the role, with a background that spans everything from beauty to pet care to retail. One of the things she is most proud of professionally is her ability to connect strategy with emotion — helping brands show up in ways that not only look good but feel right to the people they’re trying to reach.

Outside of work, she is always chasing inspiration. She loves to read (bonus points for anything sci-fi or magical realism), plays video games with friends, explores new places, and gets outside whenever she can — whether that’s hiking, walking, or just soaking up some fresh air. Music is a big part of her life too, and she’ll take any excuse to pick up an instrument or discover a new artist. Kassi is all about trying new things, staying curious, and making time for the people and experiences that bring her joy. She believes great design starts with empathy, thrives on collaboration, and sticks the landing with clarity. And she is here to help create work that not only meets the brief—but leaves a lasting impression.
