I’ve got some great news for the customers of Evolve Systems: The Help Desk Live Chat is now available! Not only will you receive the same great service that you’ve come to expect from the Help Desk, but now you will experience real-time assistance from our skilled developers like never before. If you have any questions about your website or if you’re just curious about how it works, I encourage you to give it a try.
Log onto www.evolvehelpdesk.com and look for the “Live Support Online” button located on the left hand side of the page, below the menu. Once the button is clicked, you will be asked to enter your name, email address and your question. Be sure to have your Amiro CMS/Evolve Domains login information handy before submitting the question. Click on the Start Chat button and the chat session will begin.
The actual chat session is similar to any other instant messenger software (IM) so if you’ve ever used Microsoft Messenger or Skype chat, you already know how easy it is. For those who haven’t had the chance to us IM yet, don’t worry; it’s very similar to text messaging, only easier.
