KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
- Take the lead in designing and producing both digital and print collateral, ensuring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Design intuitive, functional, and beautiful UX/UI for desktop and mobile websites that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to creatively develop and refine brand identities for our clients.
- Manage multiple design projects with precision, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining design excellence.
- Retouch and manipulate images when necessary to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
- Work across a variety of design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Assist in the QA process for websites and other design deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines using Wrike and other project management tools.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of design experience, including UX/UI design, branding, and agency or freelance work.
- A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, responsive design, typography, and layout.
- A keen eye for design detail and an ability to handle constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain design concepts to clients.
- Familiarity with SEO, ADA compliance, and accessibility guidelines is highly valued.
Experience with tools below a plus:
- Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Wrike or other PM tools
- HTML, CSS, or WordPress themes
