01. The Opportunity
North American Nutrition (NAN) needed a new mobile responsive design e-commerce platform incorporating a simplified checkout process and user-friendly interface with industry compliant copy language. They knew their web presence was hindering their growth and that their target audience was a niche market unable to facilitate future prosperity.
02. The Solution
We took NAN through our unique Discovery and Strategy process, which allowed us to dive deep into the big picture of what they were experiencing. We embarked on a journey to redesign their website to meet the ever-evolving demands and expectations of their customer base.For budgetary reasons, an all-out rebrand was not in the cards for NAN. Instead, we took the opportunity to refresh their existing identity and brand assets to dramatically improve the customer experience and stay within their budget. We set up photography sessions and directed, shot, and edited photos to update the online representation of their product lines. With increases in technology comes increases in customer expectations, through our updated photography we were able to elevate the visual quality represented on their website to reflect the trustworthy brand that NAN has created for their customers.The new interface with an updated copy made branding more congruent and defined. Partnering these changes with a new SSL and increased purchasing security we took their start-up payment processing gateway methods and transitioned their company into a professional payment processor.
During this process, we also expanded their target audience to include the millennial generation who has higher expectations of online purchasing platforms and professional photography quality. Targeting this audience also involved changing the copy on their website to be FDA compliant and to speak to the millennials, all while increasing the website’s SEO within the industry.

The CEO of North American Nutrition, Greg Grahn, has complimented us on the efficiency of our process and highly experienced staff. We have also received accolades from both Mr. and Mrs. Grahn on the set-up of our discovery and strategy session and the level of involvement we are able to provide throughout the entire process.
The future of NAN will include adding more sales channels to their portfolio as well as creating additional marketing and revenue opportunities. Through these marketing opportunities, we will help them increase their brand recognition and facilitate further diversification of their target market and product offerings.
