01. The Opportunity
Plan Force Group was in the midst of a merger that involved integrating the expertise of an interior design firm and an architecture company into one office.
The copy on Plan Force Group’s old website was very transactional and did not foster a relationship with their client base. This showed that during the update, we would need to change the language of the site to match the engaged and educational tone Plan Force Group was wanting. Following the merger, Plan Force Group had a website lacking the necessary ‘wow’ factor and wasn’t effectively communicating how their enhanced services benefited their clients and prospects. They needed a site that better represented their brand, values, and capabilities.
02. The Solution
To address these opportunities, we hosted a discovery and strategy session where we outlined the process and establish clear deliverables. We also assisted in communicating the merger by helping to align the messaging shared online to their current and future clients.
This project entailed a full website design package, case study layouts, and sitemap creation that included an alignment of the copy-deck worksheets to the sitemap for enhanced SEO. We accomplished this through a fresh website, with new updated copy, to capture and engage potential customers. This process encompassed call-to-action statements, educational copy on “The Power of Design”, and copy about Plan Force Group’s ability to deliver project results. By articulating the goals of Plan Force Group, we expressed to their potential customer and future employee base what they believed in and who there are as a new company, and thus differentiated them within their industry.
Not only were we able to directly target potential customers, but we were also able to market towards prospective future employees to demonstrate how Plan Force Group is a great place to work.
03. The Result
We have received positive feedback on our process, how easy our team is to work with, and that we “Just Got Planforce” as a company. We also shared a copy of the book Traction with their leadership team and many of the key principles have now been implemented within their company. Their Stakeholders are also pleased with their newfound ability to express their vision to a team that has a coherent and understandable mission with clearly outlined goals.
