Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Excellent at drafting clear and organized agendas, being an active listener and participant in client meetings, and capturing detailed notes
  • Scheduling and maintaining accurate project tasks, production schedules & timelines
  • Leading internal scrum meetings & check-ins for your accounts
  • Maintaining and enforcing high standards of communication, including statuses, budget tracking, timelines, scopes, and change orders (both internally & externally)
  • Confident in reporting progress and/or issues on accounts to DOO & DOM
  • Owning and managing scopes, budgets, and team capacity
  • QA all program deliverables against our Evolve standards & client expectations as the account owner
  • Creating small-scale client proposals and quotes (as applicable)
  • Leading & building AARs (After Action Reviews)
    • Assess & evaluate program success, improvement areas, opportunities
  • Assisting/identifying process efficiencies & documenting any SOP changes
  • Leading and nurturing client communications through every client interaction
  • Being the link between the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth process and high client retention/satisfaction
  • Completing quarterly rocks as assigned (we are an EOS organization)

Key qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Including the ability to communicate directly with business owners
  • 2-4 years of experience in agency project management
    • B2B WordPress website builds - preferred
    • B2B Creative projects
    • B2B Digital marketing
      • Small-mid size Marketing monthly budgets (5-10k)
    • Mid-level knowledge around B2B marketing is a plus
    • Experience working with industrial or professional service industries is a plus
  • Experience working with and managing both internal team members and vendors
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS, common CRMs, and other tools like MailChimp or Buffer
  • Experience with PM tools like Wrike is a plus
  • Experience with scoping and budgeting for smaller-scale SOWs
  • Understanding of an agency as a business and the ability to run accounts profitably
  • Great conflict resolution skills
  • Must thrive under tight deadlines and be able to manage multiple concurrent accounts
  • Experience with capacity planning and forecasting - preferred
  • Working comfortably as an individual or in a team environment
  • Open to learning & implementing AI within processes for operational efficiencies
  • Technically capable, detailed, and has a strong desire to improve processes
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to creatively solve problems with a positive and professional demeanor
