Evolve Systems is adding a Graphic Designer to our team! This candidate will work with our Lead Designer, Marketing Director and clients to collaborate on projects. They will work directly on building beautiful and functional branding, identity, website and web design projects, including sitemaps, wireframes, and brand standard guides. Additionally, lead or support in designing great layouts and campaigns for digital and print channels.

Job Description:

As our Graphic Designer, you will work alongside our Lead Designer to create beautiful and functional websites and a variety of other design projects that are on brand, on trend, on time, mobile responsive, and on budget for our different types of ideal clients; Emerging Business (1), Growth and Established (2), and Expansion and Maturity clients (3). We are a fast-growing company looking for a rock star Graphic Designer who can help us expand our capabilities and play an integral role in helping us reach our 5 and 10-year goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope and recommended approach for client and agency projects and major digital projects for clients and internal projects.
  • Work closely with business development, marketing and other teams.
  • Establish and/or improve processes, frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments.
  • Help prepare for and facilitate Discovery and Strategy sessions.
  • Play an advisory role when it comes to digital strategy for both internal and client facing projects
    Work collaboratively to synthesize user behavior, analytics and marketing metrics into effective design solutions

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 3+ years of web, branding, design in and agency setting
  • Must have basic understanding of Bootstrap grid system and how design decisions can impact web development processes.
  • Experience designing a variety of user experiences for web and app layouts, WordPress themes experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and development practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in cross-browser testing.
  • Considerable experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
  • A superior creative eye for design and the ability to facilitate a client meeting and present the design concepts.
  • Working individually and in a team environment, aligning with Agile project management and team goals. Familiarity with Basecamp is a plus.
  • Experience, familiarity with ADA compliance and SEO.
  • Familiarity with Basecamp of other project management and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes. Driven to find solutions rather than just identifying problems.
  • An unwavering drive and curiosity for staying up to date with design and in particular web design and mobile application best practices and pride yourself on state-of-the art, on trend techniques.

The Account Manager works closely with the outside sales staff to help maintain and build client relationships throughout the proposal process, contract signing and internal project launch. The Account Manager builds client relationships and provides each account with quality customer service. The AM represents the client’s needs and goals within the company and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure budget and timelines are met. The Account Manager will collaborate with the Marketing Director to contact existing clients to share new ways we can help their business. In addition, the AM must grow those relationships with clients to develop new and repeat business opportunities. You are a client’s day-to-day contact — fielding, acting on requests, collecting feedback and approval, documenting, and shepherding Evolve Systems work from beginning to end. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to provide clients with a high-value Evolve Systems experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Client communication, conflict resolution
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Project Manager of any problems that may arise
  • Oversee the contract to ensure the scope of work is met
  • Work with Project Managerto develop timelines to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with Project Manager providing client updates, project status updates and identify potential issues
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, and quality standards are met
  • Seek out new opportunities for account growth with the Marketing Director
  • Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team
  • Understand the company’s capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director on project strategy and presentation of strategy to the client
  • Grow agency business with existing clients
  • Establish and manage client expectations of work
  • Collect client requests, work with Project Manager on solutions, and present to client for approval

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Digital Marketing space
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to handle stress and deadlines well
  • Work well in a team-centered environment
  • Have a natural ability to Multi-task a variety of different clients, all at different levels.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies including content management systems, social media and preferred.
  • Experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating client communication with our development teams
  • Experience with Google package a plus
  • Experience with digital marketing

This candidate will work with our Art Director, Marketing Director, Founders, team members and clients to collaborate on multiple different project types. This role is an integral part of our communications for client’s projects and it builds relationships with our ideal clients while managing expectations, timelines and budgets.

  • Team leadership of product managers, developers, and customer services/helpdesk personnel.

  • Establish and/or improve processes, frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital assignments.
  • Join the clients Discovery and Strategy sessions and assists projects from conception to launch.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience, PM Certification and Agile methodology is a plus.
  • 3+ years of account and or PM Management in website development
  • Must have basic understanding of Design, CMS Development, Copywriting, SEO, Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience in cross-browser testing.
  • Working individually and in a team environment, aligning with Agile project management and team goals. Familiarity with Basecamp is a plus.
