Sera Shea

Sera Shea is our Director of Operations and Culture Champion at Evolve Systems. Sera manages our program managers, design, and development teams while working closely with HR, spearheading culture initiatives, and assisting with client relationships. 

She has worked in the industry for 15+ years across multiple areas (manufacturing, industrial, alt investments, green energy, data centers, healthcare). Her favorite part about working at Evolve Systems is the team and learning something new every day. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading and is always running around with her 3 year old and two pups.
