01. The Opportunity

Redpath did not have complete ownership of their website and was unable to make updates when they wanted to. Their HR department needed to share the story of what it is like working at Redpath as a new hire, especially for their intern program, and as an experienced CPA joining an established firm. Their culture was not clearly articulated through their website, nor did the website have the ability to submit a resume for considerations.

When they came to us, we were able to identify that their website was not responsive nor was Google analytics set up correctly to be tracking the site visitors or reporting to Redpath about how their marketing strategies were interacting with their target markets.

02. The Solution

We sat down with Redpath for a website discovery and strategy session to layout and clearly define what issues and pain factors they were experiencing with the website and online interface. With this as a starting point, we were then able to conduct extensive market research to help identify who their direct online competitors were, how they compared to them for copy and search engine optimization (SEO), and what needed to happen to facilitate the next phase of their online identity.

Once this stage of the process was complete, we did a complete website redesign which included new SEO rich copy and Google Analytics connectivity and set Redpath up to be the sole owner of the website. Then, Redpath signed up for our monthly EvolveCare program to ensure their software investment remains current and relevant with their online messages, marketing strategies, and employee recruiting efforts.

One of the other areas we provided assistance in for Redpath was fulling identifying their target market for potential, future clients and employees. They needed a guiding hand with the direction they should be placing their efforts. This helped to build dependable expectations and clearly articulated the company’s culture and intended direction for the future.

03. The Result

Redpath gave us feedback that they enjoyed our 5-step process and appreciated having a dedicated project manager and developers with a high level of attention to detail. They have also experienced a 25% increase in website traffic, staff awareness for cross-selling their services, positive ROI from their initial investment, and they have received multiple compliments from their clients on how easy it is to navigate and use their website.
